Where to look for the password
Wireless lighting controllers and their companion apps usually protect the connection with a network password or a pairing PIN. Check these places in order:

If the password has been changed and you do not know it
If someone changed the password from its default, the original will no longer work. Ask the person who set up the system whether they recorded the new one. If nobody knows it, the device usually needs to be reset to factory settings.

After you regain access
