Editions and channel counts
myDMX 5 from ADJ is a versatile lighting control software available in Full and Express versions.
Full version
The Full version ships with 1024 control channels out of the box (2 DMX universes). It is upgradable to a maximum of 2048 control channels (4 DMX universes).
Express version
The Express version comes with 256 live control channels out of the box. It is upgradable to a full universe (512 channels).
Purpose of the upgrade path
This design lets you buy the level of control you need at the time of purchase, with an upgrade path as your needs grow.
Upgrading myDMX 5
Go to www.STORE.DMXSOFT.COM and register your interface. You should be directed to do this the first time you connect your interface in the myDMX 5 software.
Once your interface is registered, select the "Upgrade" button on the right.
The website shows the available upgrade options for your interface.
Purchase the upgrades you want in the online web store. They are registered to your interface.
