Can ADJ custom paint fixtures?
Yes, ADJ can custom paint almost every fixture in its product offerings. There are a few exceptions. Check with your ADJ dealer or representative for limitations and pricing information.
How custom painting works
ADJ only stocks fixtures in black. ADJ can custom paint almost any fixture for you.
Ordering
Fill out the custom paint agreement. Your ADJ Sales Representative can supply it.
Decide which RAL color you want your fixture painted in.
Prepay for your order.
Pricing is already in place for white, the most common request. Other colors require a paint quotation from the ADJ service department before the process begins.
Painting and shipping
Once your fixtures are ordered, the ADJ QC team disassembles the fixture parts that are to be painted.
The parts are sent to the paint shop, where they are processed.
The parts are returned to ADJ, where the QC team reassembles them.
The fixtures are inspected and verified.
The fixtures are boxed and shipped to you.
An ETA is established at the time of ordering.
Things to note
Once you have purchased your custom painted fixtures, they are yours.
Every custom paint job must be accompanied by a signed custom paint agreement that details all of this information before it can be started.
Every custom paint job must be prepaid before it can be started, regardless of your standard account terms with ADJ.
